PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIO - PERINATAL CARE

Pregnancy:

Initial Appointments:

  • If you are not currently experiencing any distressing symptoms - schedule an initial appointment at the beginning of your 2nd trimester

  • If you are experiencing symptoms please schedule an appointment as early as possible

Follow Up Appointments:

  • It is helpful to schedule Follow Up Appointments ahead of time to prevent issues and/or be able to address them immediately

  • Schedule Follow Ups about 3-4 weeks apart

Postpartum:

  • Schedule your first appointment (virtual OR in-person) between 2-8 weeks postpartum (depending on your needs, if you’re unsure please feel free to email me)

  • Schedule a couple follow up appointments about 2-3 weeks apart


C-section Scar Massage Focused Treatment

  • Schedule this appointment weekly for a few weeks and we will assess how you’re scar is responding allowing us to determine further follow up recommendations

PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIO (Non-Perinatal)

  • Schedule your Initial Appointment

  • Schedule a couple of Follow Up Appointments about 2-3 weeks apart

I am dedicated to your health journey and committed to providing the highest quality care. To maintain this standard, there will be a price increase of approximately 10% as of January 1st 2025. The adjusted prices will be: initial appointments 60min $195, follow up appointments 45min $150, follow up appointments 30min $105. These changes align with the local industry standard rates, accounts for increased operation costs, and clinician experience.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy - Telehealth

Connect with a registered physiotherapist from the comfort of your own home! A virtual appointment can be especially helpful early in postpartum (0-6 weeks.) There is also an option to schedule your Birth + Beyond: Labour, Delivery + Early Postpartum appointment through Telehealth, which allows for more flexibility for you and your birth partner to attend.
